Summary: our stay was excellent. the staff is very attentive and were most welcoming upon our arrival. Flavias personal attention to our stay was exceptional…very warm, knowledgeable and most accommodating. the only improvement that we might suggest is improving on the lighting in the room. we found it to be somewhat dark. perhaps higher wattage lightbulbs might help. Beds were very comfortable and linens were great. very pleased with our stay!!!!

Summary: We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora Coppelle – everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. They replied quickly to any requests and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The hotel itself is charming and ideally located, just a short walk from most of the main attractions, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés right on the doorstep. We would happily stay here again and can warmly recommend it to others. 😊

Summary: Amazing hotel with potential to be the best. Some minor details to sort out but considering they’ve just opened I’m convinced they will have it in place soon. Room was beautiful, good bed and commodities. After a hot day in Rome we found heaven in the perfectly air conditioned room. Service was unpeckable! 10/10!

Summary: The hotel had changed hands and just opened when we arrived. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Make sure to ask for an inside room because we started in an outside room and didn’t sleep for 2 nights. The staff kindly moved us and it was much better. The shower was difficult to navigate and left the bathroom flooded. But the location was wonderful!

Summary: Would absolutely recommend the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, assisted with any questions we had and requests. The location was so convenient, we basically walked everywhere to the major locations. The room was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. The listing initially said there was no lift, not true there was one working when we stayed. The staff had mentioned that they would have other facilities opened later on, so will definitely be back!
